摘要
目的探讨依据Benner理论构建的护理人员分层培训体系的实施效果。方法依据Benner理论,结合医院实际,将护理人员分为N0-N4共5个层级,根据各个层级特点制定分层培训方案,保证培训效果。结果分层培训前后护士院内培训参加率、考核合格率、中级职称晋升考试合格率、住院患者满意度显著提高(均P〈0.01)。结论依据Benner理论对护理人员合理分级,依此制定的培训方案有效,提高了不同层级护理人员参加培训积极性,有利于护理人员专业化发展。
Objective To study the effect of a hierarchical training based on Patricia Benner′s theory for nurses.Methods Based on Patricia Benner′s from novice to expert,we classified nurses in 5levels(N0-N4)according to our hospital′s situation,and formulated hierarchical training plans based on the features of each level.Results More nurses participated in the training,passed exams,and were qualified in certification of medium-grade professional title(P〈0.01 for all).Patient satisfaction with nursing service was significantly improved after the intervention(P〈0.01).Conclusion Based on Patricia Benner′s from novice to expert,the hierarchical training plan is effective to encourage nurses to participate in training and promote their professional development.
