摘要
目的:探究无缝隙护理管理在妇产科护理中的应用及对院内感染发生的影响。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年1月本院妇产科收治的210例患者为研究对象,依据不同的护理模式分为研究组与对照组,各105例。对照组采用常规的护理管理模式,研究组在对照组的基础上采用无缝隙护理管理。比较两组患者的心理舒适感、满意度以及院内感染的发生情况。结果:研究组患者的各项心理舒适感均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的各项满意度评分均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者院内感染的发生率为8.6%,显著低于对照组的21.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在妇产科的临床工作中,采用无缝隙管理的护理模式能够充分调动护理人员的工作积极性,在提升服务质量的同时,提高了患者对于护理工作的满意度,减少院内感染情况的发生。
Objective:To explore the application of seamless nursing management in obstetrics and gynecology nursing and its influence on nosocomial infection.Method:A total of 210 patients admitted to our gynecology and obstetrics department from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing modes,they were divided into study group and control group,105 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing management mode,while the patients in the study group were treated with seamless nursing management on the basis of the control group.The psychological comfort,patient satisfaction and the incidence of nosocomial infection were compared between the two groups.Result:The psychological comfort of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the total incidence of nosocomial infection in the study group was 8.6%significantly lower than 21.0%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical work of gynecology and obstetrics,the nursing mode of seamless management can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of nurses,at the same time of improving the service quality,it can increase the patients'satisfaction with nursing work,reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection.
