摘要
目的:分析以人为本柔性管理对妇产科护理质量的影响。方法:本研究选取了本院妇产科收治的100例产妇作为研究对象,时间为2018年4月至2019年3月,采用数字随机法进行分组,一组采用常规护理,为对照组,一组采取以人文本的柔性管理措施,为观察组,比较两组患者的护理质量。结果:观察组的护理基础评分为(95.4±3.9)分,护理技术评分为(93.2±4.1)分,护理态度评分为(96.1±2.7)分,各项数据优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产妇的护理满意度为96.0%(48例),较对照组的82.0%(41例)更高,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以人为本的柔性管理措施可以提高妇产科的临床护理质量,并提升产妇对于护理的满意度。
Objective:To analyze the impact of human-oriented flexible management on the quality of obstetrics and gynaecology.Methods:One hundred women who underwent obstetrics and gynaecology in our hospital were selected as subjects.The time was from April 2018 to March 2019.The women were grouped by digital randomization method,and one group was treated with routine care as a control group.The flexible management measures of the human text were adopted,and the quality of care of the two groups of patients was compared for the observation group.Results:The nursing foundation score of the observation group was(95.4±3.9),the nursing technique score was(93.2±4.1),and the nursing attitude score was(96.1±2.7).The data were better than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.0%(48 cases),which was higher than 82.0%(41 cases)of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:People-oriented flexible management measures can improve the quality of clinical nursing in obstetrics and gynecology,and improve maternal satisfaction with nursing.
