摘要
目的探讨柔性管理在妇产科护理管理中的应用价值。方法选取本院妇产科2016年6月~2018年7月收治的91例产妇作为研究对象,按照就诊时间进行分组,将2016年6月~2017年5月诊治的45例产妇做为参照组,将2017年6月~2018年7月诊治的46例产妇作为研究组。参照组给予常规护理,研究组给予柔性管理的护理干预。比较两组的护理总满意度、住院时间、护理工作质量评分。结果研究组的护理总满意度为95.65%,高于参照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的护理工作质量评分为(94.34±3.15)分,高于参照组的(85.75±2.31)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的住院时间为(4.62±1.33)d,短于参照组的(8.59±0.41)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与常规管理效果比较,在妇产科管理工作中采用柔性管理,不但能够增强护理人员的工作能力,保证护理质量,还可以提高医疗水平,从而保证患者的护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application value of flexible management in nursing management of department of obstetrics and gynecology. Methods A total of 91 parturients admitted to the department of obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital from June 2016 to July 2018 were selected as the subjects of study. According to the time of consultation, 45 cases of parturients treated from June 2016 to May 2017 were taken as the reference group, and 46 cases of parturients treated from June 2017 to July 2018 were taken as the study group. The reference group was given routine nursing, while the study group was given nursing intervention of flexible management. The total nursing satisfaction, hospitalization time and nursing quality scores were compared between the two groups. Results The total nursing satisfaction in the study group was 95.65%, which was higher than 77.78% in the reference group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing quality score of the study group was (94.34±3.15) points, which was higher than that of the reference group ([85.75±2.31] points), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The length of hospitalization in the study group was (4.62±1.33) days, which was shorter than that in the reference group ([8.59±0.41] days), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with conventional management, flexible management in the department of obstetrics and gynecology management can not only enhance nursing staff′s working ability, guarantee nursing quality, but also improve medical level, so as to ensure patients′ nursing satisfaction.
