摘要
目的探讨护理助手APP软件联合问卷星在护理实习生管理和培训中的应用方法及效果。方法该研究选取2018年6月—2019年3月于甘肃省平凉市第二人民医院护理实习的甘肃医学院实习生共94名作为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组和观察组各47名。其中对照组采取传统的方法进行管理和培训,观察组则在原有传统方法的基础上联合应用了护理助手和问卷星进行管理和培训。效果评价通过SPSS 17.0软件进行统计学分析。比较两组实习生管理和培训效果。结果观察组实习生管理和培训效果优于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理助手APP软件联合问卷星在护理实习生管理和培训中的应用,实现了系统的信息化实习生的管理和培训,提高了工作效率和教学质量。
Objective To explore the application methods and effects of nursing assistant APP software combined with questionnaire star in the management and training of nursing interns.Methods In this study,a total of 94 interns from Gansu Medical College who were nursing internships at the Second People's Hospital of Pingliang City,Gansu Province from June 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,47 each in the control group and the observation group.The control group adopted traditional methods for management and training,while the observation group combined nursing assistants and questionnaire stars for management and training based on the original traditional methods.The effect evaluation was statistically analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software.Compare the management and training effects of the two groups of interns.Results The management and training effects of interns in the observation group were better than those in the control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Nursing Assistant APP software in conjunction with the questionnaire star in the management and training of nursing interns has realized the systematic management and training of informationized interns,and improved work efficiency and teaching quality.
