摘要
目的探讨护理实习生专业价值观、自主学习能力对核心能力的影响,并分析其作用关系。方法采用一般资料问卷、护生核心能力量表、护理专业价值观量表和自主学习能力量表对国内4所三级甲等医院的395名实习中的护理大学生进行问卷调查。结果护理实习生的专业价值观总分为(3.73±0.59)分,自主学习能力总分为(3.63±0.47)分,护生核心能力总分为(4.00±0.45)分,三者均处于中等水平。专业价值观不仅对核心能力有直接效应(β=0.107,P<0.01),还可通过自主学习能力对核心能力产生间接效应(β=0.365,P<0.01);自主学习能力对核心能力有直接效应(β=0.685,P<0.01)。结论护理教育者应注重护理大学生专业价值的正确树立与培养,并可以通过改善教育环境以提高护理大学生的自主学习能力,最终达到提高核心能力的目的。
Objective To explore the influence of nursing interns'professional values and self-learning ability on core competence,and analyze their relation.Methods General information questionnaire,core competence scale for nursing interns,nursing professional value scale and self-learning ability scale were used to survey 395 nursing students in internship in 4 Grade III Level A Hospitals in China.Results The total score of professional values(3.73±0.59),independent learning ability(3.63±0.47)and core competence of nursing interns(4.00±0.45)were all in the middle level.Nursing interns'professional values not only have a direct effect on core competence(β=0.107,P<0.01),but also have an indirect effect on core competence through self-learning learning ability(β=0.365,P<0.01);The self-learning ability has direct effect on core competence(β=0.685,P<0.01).Conclusion Nursing educators should pay attention to the correct establishment and cultivation of the professional value of nursing students,and can improve the self-learning ability of nursing students by improving the educational environment,so as to finally achieve the goal of improving the core competence.
