轧机液压系统污染平衡机理分析及PBCC策略应用 被引量:8

摘要 冷轧模拟器是模拟轧机轧制带钢试验设备,其张力液压缸存在抖动现象。根据NAS1638,检测液压油污染浓度处于7级,同时发现截止阀存在严重生锈现象,无法满足系统要求。开展液压系统污染平衡机理分析,首次提出污染平衡协同控制(Pollution Balance Collaborative Control,PBCC)策略并现场实践,同时应用统计学开展方差分析,液压缸抖动现象大幅改善,设备运行的精确性和稳定性显著提高。PBCC策略是一整套前后协调、相互统一的设备液压系统油液污染控制指导方法,可以推广到其他设备作为参考应用。 A cold rolling simulator is a simulated rolling mill strip test equipment,and there is jitter phenomenon in tension hydraulic cylinder. According to the NAS1638 standard,hydraulic oil pollution concentration is at level 7. At the same time,it is found that a shut-off valve is seriously rusted and can not meet the system requirements. We carry out analysis of the pollution balance mechanism of hydraulic system,and put forward pollution balance collaborative control strategy for the first time and practice on site. Using statistical analysis to carry out ANOVA,we make the hydraulic cylinder jitter phenomenon greatly reduce,and the accuracy and stability of equipment operation are significantly improved. The PBCC strategy is a set of collaborative and unified guiding research methods for hydraulic oil pollution control of equipment hydraulic systems,which can be extended to other equipment as a reference application.
