摘要
节能技术研究是当今世界发展的一个重要方向,尤其是液压系统的节能设计更具有十分重要的意义。以五机架冷连轧机辅助液压设备系统为研究对象,给出了比例压力和流量阀系统、负载敏感变量泵系统和伺服电机泵控系统三种动力单元模式,然后基于液压仿真软件AMESim建立了这三种动力单元的仿真模型,分析了三种动力单元模式下冷轧机升降、传送及压辊过程的工作功率和系统能耗。仿真结果显示,伺服电机泵控系统的能耗最低,相对节能效果最好。
Research on the energy saving technology is an important direction in the development of the world,especially the energy saving design of hydraulic system is of great significance.In this paper,the auxiliary hydraulic equipment system of cold rolling mill is taken as the research object,and three power unit modes of the proportional pressure and flow valve system,the load sensitive variable pump system and the servo motor pump control system are given.Then,based on the hydraulic simulation software AMESim,the simulation models of these three power units are established,and the working power and system energy consumption during the cold rolling mill lifting,transmission and roll pressing process under three power unit modes are analyzed.The simulation results show that the servo motor pump control system has the lowest energy consumption and the best relative energy saving efficiency.
