摘要
提出一种基于Parzen窗的油液分析数据阈值制定方法。首先对测量到的油液分析数据做预处理,剔除极端值;其次利用Parzen窗理论求出油液分析数据的无偏、一致概率分布;最后综合考虑发射车液压系统的实际运行特点和可靠性要求设定其故障率,利用分布函数求出阈值。在对发射车液压系统油液分析状态监测过程中,该阈值能准确反映液压系统的运行状态,验证了该方法的有效性。
A threshold formulating method of oil analysis data based on Parzen window is proposed.Firstly,preprocess the oil analysis data to remove the extreme values;secondly,find out the unbiased and consistent probability distribution of the oil analysis data based on Parzen window theory;finally,set the failure rate based on the actual operating characteristics and reliability requirement of hydraulic system in launch vehicle,and then get the threshold.This threshold can accurately reflect the operating state of the launch vehicle's hydraulic system during the process of monitoring,the effectiveness of the method is verified.
