摘要
通过对柱塞泵的故障模式及故障机理分析,确定了温度、压力和转速是与敏感应力相关的主要因素,并得出了利用敏感应力可以进行液压泵寿命的验证的结论。最后还分析了液压泵综合应力寿命试验统计方法。
The failure mode and failure mechanism of hydraulic pump are analyzed in this paper, and then the temperature,pressure,rotating speed are decided primary factors for synthesis stress and the conclusion that the synthesis stress can be used in validating the life of the pumps is received.In the other hand,the statistical method of the synthetic stress life test for the hydraulic pumps is also analyzed and its validity is validated by test in this paper.
