摘要
选取了高水基液润滑轴向柱塞液压马达滑靴副较合理的凹坑结构和不合理的凹坑结构及最初无凹坑的结构进行了试验测试,试验结果表明合适的凹坑分布能够改善滑靴底面的磨损状况。在同等试验条件下,实验最好的结果是:边缘磨损量减少68.72%,总体磨损量减少28.77%。
Three kinds of concaves containing reasonable, unreasonale and no concaves were chosen in experiment. Comparing with other kinds of concaves, experimental results show that the reasonable concaves gained could improve the wear and tear situations under the bottom of slipper. The whole wear loss can be reduced 28.77%, and 68. 72% on the fringe.
