摘要
由于水的润滑性很差 ,因此水液压柱塞泵的摩擦副设计是个难题。滑靴摩擦副作为典型摩擦副之一 ,需要从它的材料、结构、设计方法三个方面进行与水介质适应性的研究。首先在材料方面应选择抗腐蚀、耐磨损的材料配对 ;其次在结构方面应尽量降低摩擦副的接触比压、并强迫形成润滑膜 ;特别是在选择设计方法的时候应充分考虑水的特性 。
Owing to poor lubricity of water, the design of friction pairs in water hydraulic piston pump encounters a lot of problems. As one of the typical pairs in water hydraulic pump, research of slipper pad should be emphasized on the compatibility of water with material of slipper pad, structure of slipper pad, and design method of slipper pad. Firstly, the material should be corrosion-proof and wear resistance. Then, the structure should reduce contact stress of the pair, and could form lubricant film between the pair. At last, the design method should be precise, and would not bring additional load to bear on the pair due to unnecessary design error.
