摘要
为了对小样本的机电产品进行可靠性试验,在遗传算法和可靠性试验理论的基础上,提出了一种基于浮点数遗传算法的典型机电产品可靠性试验方法,并描述了用计算机软件辅助实现的过程.这种方法采用浮点数对故障时间的遗传因子进行编码,具有计算精确度高、收敛速度快等特点,解决了传统遗传算法解码过程效率低的缺陷.采用计算机模拟分析机电产品的可靠性试验,加快了计算速度,减少了试验工作量.
For the reliability experiment on small amount of samples of mechanic-electronics products, we based on Float genetic algorithms (FGA) carry out reliability experiment research, The application of this algorithm in reliability experiment is presented in this paper describing the accomplishment using computer software. FGA uses the decimal system float to encode the time failure, which avoid the decoding procedure of the traditional genetic algorithms, and has advantages such as high precision of calculation, fast speed to restrain. Computer software favors the simulation of mechanic-electronics products experiments by accelerating computing thus reducing the work load.
