摘要
目的 从医院管理角度,完善危重孕产妇院内救治管理模式,保护危重孕产妇的生命安全与健康,降低孕产妇死亡率。方法 应用5M1E分析法,从人员、机器、材料、方法、测量、环境六要素出发,构建危重孕产妇管理体系与反馈机制,并利用回顾性研究对管理期间的危重孕产妇救治情况进行分析,进一步完善对危重孕产妇院内全流程的有效管理。结果 2016年1月1日—2021年12月31日,共收治385例危重孕产妇,每例危重孕产妇均得到及时救治,未发生危重孕产妇死亡案例。结论 基于5M1E分析法的管理保障机制能为危重孕产妇提供及时有效的救治,确保临床工作的顺利开展。
Objective From the perspective of hospital management,the hospital treatment and management mode of critically ill pregnant women should be improved to protect the life safety and health of critically ill pregnant women and reduce the maternal mortality rate.Methods 5M1E analysis method was used to construct the management system and feedback mechanism of critically ill pregnant women from the six elements of personnel,machinery,materials,methods,measurement and environment.Retrospective study was used to analyze the treatment of critically ill pregnant women during the management period,so as to further improve the effective management of the whole process of critically ill pregnant women in hospital.Results From January 1,2016 to December 31,2021,a total of 385critically ill pregnant women were admitted to Shanghai First People’s Hospital,and every critical pregnant woman was treated in time,and no critical pregnant woman died.Conclusion The management guarantee mechanism based on 5M1E analysis can provide timely and effective treatment for critically ill pregnant women and ensure the smooth development of clinical work.
