摘要
为降低孕产妇死亡率,保障母婴安全,国际上大多数国家都对危重孕产妇救治采取了不同管理措施。通过检索相关文献,并基于全面质量管理理论框架,从5个维度梳理了国际部分国家危重孕产妇救治管理的成功经验,总结出我国危重孕产妇救治管理要坚持以孕产妇为主,提供人性化服务、发挥政府主导作用,推动全员参与、强化以产科为中心的多学科团队建设,提升危重孕产妇救治能力和完善危重孕产妇预警、识别、监测和评价系统的建设五个方面的启示。
To reduce the maternal mortality and guarantee the safety of mothers and babies,various management measures have been adopted by most countries to treat maternal near miss.By searching related literature,this research sorted out successful management experience of treating maternal near miss in some countries from 5 dimensions on the basis of total quality management theoretical framework.Based on this,it obtained the enlightenment for the treatment management of maternal near miss in our country from five aspects,which included focusing on pregnant women to provide humanized services,enhancing the participation of all staff led by government,strengthening the construction of multidisciplinary team that emphasizes obstetrics,improving the ability to treat maternal near miss,as well as perfecting the system construction of early warning,identifying,monitoring and evaluating for maternal near miss.
