摘要
整理了不同角度下医师职业精神的定义与内涵,从研究背景、评价方法、影响因素及培育建设等角度全面分析了国内外医师职业精神的研究现状及不足之处,提出医师职业精神研究的发展方向,为医学职业精神教育的进一步改革和研究提供借鉴思路。
In this paper, the definition and connotation of medical professionalism from different perspectives were sorted out. The research status and deficiencies of medical professionalism in China and foreign countries were comprehensively analyzed from the perspective of research background, evaluation methods, influencing factors and cultivation and construction, and the development direction of medical professionalism research was put forward, which provided a reference for the further reform and research of medical professionalism education.
