摘要
目的:推动公立医院高质量发展,加快培养高层次复合型医学人才。构建三甲医院临床博士后胜任力模型,对临床博士后的招聘、培养、考核等工作予以理论指导。方法:采用文献研究、行为事件访谈法提取出影响成功的关键要素指标,用改良德尔菲专家咨询法收集权威专家意见,构建胜任力模型。结果:通过文献研究和深入访谈形成问卷初步框架,收集汇总专家意见,最终形成核心知识、个人专业技能、人际交往、职业精神、成就特征及个人特征6个一级指标及34个二级指标。结论:使用科学方法构建胜任力模型,完善临床博士后培养方案,对提高临床博士后管理水平有重要意义。
Objective: To promote the high-quality development of public hospitals and accelerate the cultivation of high-level compound medical talents. Construct the competency model of clinical post-doctor, and to provide theoretical guidance for the recruitment, training and assessment of clinical post-doctor in Grade III hospitals.Methods: literature research and behavior event interview were used to extract the key factors influencing success,and the improved Delphi expert consultation method was used to collect authoritative experts? opinions. Results:Through literature research and in-depth interviews to form a preliminary framework, the improved Delphi expert consultation method was used to collect expert opinions, and finally formed an evaluation system of 6 first level indicators, including core knowledge, personal professional skills, interpersonal communication, professionalism,achievement characteristics and personal characteristics, and 34 second level indicators were formed. Conclusion:Using scientific methods to build competency model and improving clinical postdoctoral training program are helpful to improve the quality of management level of clinical post-doctor.
