摘要
目的探讨医学生对基于安宁疗护理念的职业素养教育教学模式的学习体验。方法采用质性研究中描述性质性研究方法对参加本选修课的12名医学生进行半结构式深入访谈,运用Colaizzi 7步分析法对资料进行整理分析,提炼主题。结果对参与培训医学生的学习体验提炼出5个主题,即利他主义增强、职业价值观增强、增加知识和提高学习能力、死亡观念的再认知、培养共情能力。结论基于安宁疗护理念的职业素养教育有利于提高医学生的职业价值观、增强学习能力和主动性,进而提升医学生的职业素养。
Objective To explore the learning experience of medical students on the teaching mode of professional accomplishment education based on palliative medicine.Methods The semi-structured interview method was adopted to interview 12 medical undergraduates who participated in this course.The data were analyzed with Colaizzi 7-step analysis method.Results Five themes were extracted from the learning experience of medical students, namely,enhanced altruism;enhanced professional values;increasing knowledge and learning ability;improving recognition of the concept of death and developing empathy ability.Conclusion The professional accomplishment education based on palliative medicine is beneficial to improve medical students’ professional values, enhance their learning ability and initiative, then improve their professional accomplishment.
