摘要
根据标准的定义与内涵,分析作战指挥标准的概念,从美军联合战略规划与联合作战规划规范、作战条令、通用任务清单、指挥信息系统建设标准等方面,研究美军作战指挥标准的存在形式与作用,探讨美军作战指挥标准建设启示。
Firstly, based on the definition and connotation of standard, the concept of operation command standard is analyzed. Secondly, based on joint strategic planning system, joint operation planning and execu-tion system, doctrine, universal joint task list and command information system standards, the existence form and function of U. S. army operation command standards are researched. Finally,the revelations of U. S. ar-my operation command standards are discussed.
