摘要
目的:系统评价中成药联合高效抗逆转录病毒(highly active antiretroviral therapy,HAART)治疗艾滋病疗效。方法:检索日期为2013年1月至2018年4月,计算机检索的外文数据库主要是PubMed和Cochrane图书馆,中文文献数据库主要是CNKI、VIP、CBM和万方数据库,主要阅读国内中成药联合HAART治疗艾滋病的各类研究文献,符合临床随机对照试验,并不要求具体的分配隐藏和盲法类别。研究文献为全文文献,语言为中文和英文,并应用R3.5.0软件中的Meta程序包对本系统评价的指标进行分析。结果:共纳入10篇文献,中药益气扶正法联合HAART可以提高艾滋病患者的CD4^+T淋巴细胞水平、体质量,提高疗效,改善中医证候积分。结论:根据现有文献显示,中西医联合HAART治疗艾滋病具有一定的疗效,但是所纳入的文献都存在一定程度的选择偏倚,从而影响结果的论证强度,而结论的可靠性还需要进一步大样本多中心的试验研究来证实。
Objective:To systematically evaluate the efficacy of Chinese medicine and HAART in treatment of AIDS.Methods:The search date is from January 2013 to April 2018.The foreign language databases,which are mainly PubMed and Cochrane libraries,are primarily searched by the computer.The Chinese literature databases are mainly CNKI,VIP,CBM and Wanfang database.It mainly reads various research literatures on domestic Chinese patent medicine combined with HAART in the treatment of AIDS.It is in line with clinical randomized controlled trials and does not require specific allocation hidden and blinded categories.The research literature is full-text literature,the language is Chinese and English,and the Meta-package in R3.5.0 software is used to analyze the indicators of this system evaluation.Results:A total of 10 articles were included.The combination of traditional Chinese medicine Yiqi Fuzheng method and HAART can improve CD4+,body mass,improve curative effect and promote TCM syndrome scores.Conclusion:According to the existing literature,it is shown that Chinese and Western medicine combined with HAART has certain curative effect on AIDS,but the included literature has a certain degree of selection bias,which affects the strength of the demonstration of the results,and the reliability of the conclusion needs further large sample.The center′s experimental study confirmed.
