摘要
目的:对截止于2012年8月以前已发表的中医药治疗艾滋病及病毒携带者(HIV/AIDS)的文献进行疗效比较研究。方法:检索中医药治疗HIV/AIDS临床随机对照试验,采用杰达德评定量表(亦称牛津评分系统,Jadad measuring scale,JMS)对文献进行评价,并对文献结果进行荟萃分析(Meta Analysis,MA)。结果:共纳入21篇随机对照试验文献(共1 774例)。按照JMS评分标准,其中8篇文献为高质量文献,13篇文献为低质量文献。MA结果显示,合并效应值OR=3.38,95%CI(2.64,4.34),合并总效应Z=9.61,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义,提示中医药治疗HIV/AIDS临床疗效优于对照组。结论:中医药治疗HIV/AIDS疗效显著,但仍有待于大样本高质量临床研究进一步验证。
Objective：To compare and study the curative effect of TCM treatment of HIV /AIDS from literatures published ending on August 2012.Methods：TCM treatment of HIV / AIDS clinical randomized controlled trials were retrieved,and literatures were evaluated by Jadad measuring scale and literature results were applied with Meta analysis.Results： 21 articles of randomized controlled trials（a total of 1774 cases）,of which 8 articles were high quality and 13 articles were low quality according to Jadad scale criteria.Meta analysis showed that the value of the combined effect was OR = 3.38,95% CI（2.64,4.34）,and the value of the total combined effect was Z = 9.61,P 0.01,and the difference was statistically significant,which suggested that clinical efficacy of TCM treatment for HIV / AIDS were superior than the control group.Conclusion：The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of HIV / AIDS is distinct,However,it is still need large samples of high-quality clinical studies to be further verified.
