摘要
黄芩为我国中药及其复方中常用的一种传统中药材,广泛分布在我国陕西、内蒙等地。近年来,已发现黄芩具有抗肿瘤、抗艾滋病和神经保护等生物活性,具有很大的应用前景。本文概括了黄芩中的主要化学成分、药理活性及质量控制状况。黄芩中含有黄酮、挥发油及萜类等化合物,黄酮类化合物是最重要的活性物质。基于中药质量标志物的核心概念,对黄芩的质量标志物进行了预测分析,为建立和完善黄芩中药材的质量标准提供参考和借鉴。
Scutellariae Radix is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine in Chinese herbs and formula. It is mainly distributed in Shanxi and Inner Mongolia provinces of China. In recent years, it was found that Scutell Ariae Radix has bioactivities, such as antitumor, anti-AIDS and neuroprotective, and great application prospects. In this paper, chemical composition, pharmacological activities and current state of quality control of Scutellariae Radix are summarized. The chemical compositions of Scutellariae Radix include flavonoids, volatile oil and terpenoidsetc, in which flavonoids are the main activity-related drug compositions. Based on the core concepts of quality marker, quality marker components of Scutellariae Radix are predicted and analyzed, in order to provide references for establishing and improving the quality standards of Scutellariae Radix.
