摘要
目的观察益气扶正法治疗急性缺血性卒中临床疗效观察。方法以本院2017-2018年收住院的20例急性缺血性卒中患者作为该研究的观察对象,按照先后住院顺序分为观察组、对照组,每组10例。治疗组患者采用益气扶正之党参、黄芪联合常规中西药治疗,对照组采用常规中西药治疗,观察2周后两组患者梗死面积变化、神经功能缺损程度,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组的缺血性卒中面积减小程度远多于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的神经功能缺损程度远优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的总体有效率为80%,明显高于对照组的总体有效率70%,差异具有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。结论益气扶正法之党参、黄芪联合常规中药(辨证分型)加西药治疗急性缺血性卒中患者具有显著的疗效,在临床上,明显减小缺血性卒中面积、改善患者神经功能缺损程度,提高临床疗效,值得推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of yiqi fuzheng method on acute ischemic stroke.Methods 20 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital from 2017 to 2018 were selected as observation objects,and randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the sequence of hospitalization,10 patients in each group.The patients in the treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese and western medicine,and those in the control group were treated with traditional Chinese and western medicine.The changes of infarct area and the degree of nerve function defect in the two groups were observed 2 weeks later,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the area of ischemic stroke in the observation group decreased more than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the degree of neurological impairment in the observation group was much better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 80%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(70%,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of radix codonopsis and radix astragali with conventional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke has a significant effect.Clinically,it can significantly reduce the area of ischemic stroke,improve the degree of neurological defects in patients,and improve the clinical efficacy,which is worthy of promotion.
