摘要
目前国内外对艾滋病免疫功能重建不良的认识尚无统一的标准,免疫功能重建不良的相关内在机制尚未有明确的结论。中医认为HIV侵入人体,导致脾肾功能受损,是艾滋病免疫功能重建不良发生的主要机制。在现有高效抗逆转录病毒治疗(HAART)方案的基础上,中医运用补脾益肾法治疗艾滋病免疫功能重建不良,疗效显著。因此中西医协同治疗必将成为艾滋病免疫功能重建不良治疗的主要模式,在HAART疗法对HIV有效抑制的基础上,补脾益肾法将是治疗艾滋病免疫功能重建不良之关键所在。
At present,there is no uniform standard on the definition of incomplete immune reconstitution in HIV infection,and its underlying mechanism has not been fully elucidated.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)believes that patients’spleen-kidney vacuity detriment after HIV enters the body is the major mechanism of incomplete immune reconstitution in HIV infection.The combination of highly active antiretroviral therapy(HAART)with invigorating kidney and strengthening spleen has demonstrated a therapeutic effect in the treatment of this disease.Thus,integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine may be used as a primary treatment for incomplete immune reconstitution in HIV infection.On the basis of conventional treatment using HAART,invigorating kidney and strengthening spleen will be the key to the treatment.
