摘要
校企协同育人早已成为应用型人才培养的重要方式,产业学院是深度产教融合的校企协同育人模式,越来越多的院校开始积极尝试这种模式。福建商学院与福州聚春园集团联合成立特色产业学院——福建商学院聚春园烹饪学院,从管理机制、课程体系、实践基地、师资队伍、闽菜传承五个方面开展实践探索,校企协同进行高层次应用型烹饪人才培养。
The school-enterprise collaborative education has long played an important role in the cultivation of applied talents and the industrial college is an example of this mode integrating industry with education. More and more colleges and universities begin to actively try this mode. Fujian Business University and Fuzhou Juchunyuan Group set up Juchunyuan Culinary College of Fujian Business University, a characteristic industrial college, to carry out practical exploration from five aspects: management mechanism, curriculum system, practice base, teaching staff and inheritance of Fujian cuisine to collaborate on cultivating high-level applied culinary talents.
