信息闭环系统模式下血液标本转运一体化管理的效果评价 被引量:9

Effect of Integrated Management of Blood Sample Transfer with Closed-loop System

摘要 目的根据检验标本信息闭环管理中的节点数据,分析血液标本转运过程中的问题,通过一体化的管理手段,提高检验分析前血液标本转运的工作质量。方法通过提取、分析2017年10—11月干预前27 511份样本作为对照组,分析血液标本转运中的相关数据,发现工作问题;将2018年3—4月33 032份样本数据为观察组,实施多科室联合管理、配送流程再造、信息系统完善等一体化管理措施。通过比较2组配送标本接收漏扫码率、采样-取样时长、取样-送样时长指标进行效果评价。结果观察组与对照组数据比较,标本接收漏扫码率从15.459%降低至4.829%(P<0.05),检验采样-取样平均时长从(67.13±53.49)min缩短为(53.34±49.35)min,检验取样-送样平均时长从(51.10±81.58)min降至(38.60±49.56)min,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),无标本遗失。结论血液标本转运节点信息追溯能够发现标本转运中的问题,通过一体化管理降低了标本漏扫码率,提高标本转运速度,缩短标本存放时间,保证检验前的标本质量。 Objective According to the node data in closed-loop management of specimen information, to analyze the problems in the process of blood sample transfer, and to improve the quality of sample transfer before the inspection with integrated management.Methods By extracting and analyzing relevant data in the transfer of blood samples, problems in the transfer process were found then integrated management measures such as joint management of different departments, distribution process reengineering and information system improvement were implemented. Totally 27, 511 sample data from October to November in 2017 before the intervention were taken as the control group, and 33, 032 sample data from March to April in 2018 after the intervention were taken as the experimental group. The effects were evaluated by comparing the omission rate of code scanning when receiving sampling,sampling duration, and sampling delivery duration. Results The omission rate of code scanning of blood samples decreased from15.469% to 4.829%(P<0.05);the average length of sampling duration decreased from 67.13 ±53.49 to 53.34±49.35 min, and the average length of sampling delivery duration decreased from 51.10 ±81.58 to 38.60 ±49.56 min. All the differences had statistical significance(P<0.05) and no specimens lost. Conclusion The information tracing of sample transfer node is helpful to find out the problems in sample transfer. Through integrated management, omission rate of code scanning of specimens is reduced;the speed of specimen transport is improved and the storage time of specimens is shortened, thus to guarantee the quality of specimens before the inspection.
