摘要
目的分析授权管理在神经外科一级质控护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月-2021年12月38名神经外科护理人员为研究对象,分为实施前(2020年1—12月,实施常规管理)和实施后(2021年1—12月,实施授权管理)。对比实施前后不良事件发生率、护理质量、管理质量及工作满意度。结果与实施前相比,实施后管理质量、工作满意度、护理质量提高,不良事件发生率降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论授权管理在神经外科一级质控护理质量管理中的应用效果显著,可降低纠纷率、投诉率、护理差错率,提高管理能力,提高护理质量,具有临床价值。
Objective To analyze the application effect of authorization management in neurosurgery first-level quality control nursing quality management.Methods 38 neurosurgery nurses from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,which were divided into pre implementation(from January to December 2020,implementation of routine management)and post implementation(from January to December 2021,implementation of authorization management).The incidence of adverse events,nursing quality,management quality and job satisfaction were compared before and after implementation.Results Compared with before the implementation,the management quality,job satisfaction and nursing quality were improved after implementation,and the incidence of adverse events was reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of authorization management in neurosurgery first-level quality control nursing quality management is significant,which can reduce the dispute rate,complaint rate,nursing error rate,improve management ability,and improve nursing quality,which has clinical value.
