摘要
目的探讨疼痛护理质量指标管理对骨科患者疼痛管理的影响。方法选取2017年8月—2018年8月我院同期就诊的骨科疾病患者130例作为研究对象。按照随机数字法,将130例患者分为两组。按照治疗方式的不同,接受常规护理的患者设为对照组,接受疼痛护理质量指标管理的患者设为观察组,对比两组患者在不同治疗方式下的护理效果。结果观察组患者的护理效果优于对照组患者,组间数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论骨科患者接受疼痛护理质量指标管理,能有效的缓解患的疼痛,将该护理模式推广至临床中,可有效的提升临床效果。
Objective To explore the effect of pain nursing quality index management on pain management of orthopedic patients.Methods 130 patients with orthopaedic diseases in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number method,130 patients were divided into two groups.According to the different treatment methods,the patients receiving routine care were assigned to the control group.The patients who accepted the management of pain nursing quality indicators were set as observation group.The nursing effects of two groups of patients under different treatment methods were compared.Results The nursing effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Orthopaedic patients receiving pain nursing quality index management can effectively alleviate the pain of patients,the nursing model to promote clinical,can effectively improve the clinical effect.
