摘要
目的：观察并探讨疼痛护理质量指标管理对骨科病房疼痛管理水平及满意度的改善效果分析。方法：我院骨科护理部门于2017年1月开始对骨折患者开展疼痛护理质量指标管理，随机选取我院疼痛护理质量指标管理实施前后的60例骨折患者为研究对象，其中疼痛护理质量指标管理实施前的患者为对照组，实施后的患者为观察组，对照组接受传统护理措施．观察组患者接受疼痛护理质量指标管理护理措施，观察2组患者护理后疼痛病情、疼痛评分以及护理满意度。结果：对照组患者接受传统护理措施后，发生轻度疼痛18例，中度疼痛22例，重度疼痛13例，剧烈疼痛7例；观察组患者接受疼痛护理质量指标管理护理措施后，轻度疼痛39例，中度疼痛16例，重度疼痛4例，剧烈疼痛1例，2组患者发生轻度疼痛、重度疼痛以及剧烈疼痛差异具有显著性差异（x^2=14．737，P〈0．01；x^2=5．551，P〈0．01；x^2=4．821，P〈0．01），且2组患者疼痛评分指标差异相比具有统计学意义[（2．36±0．3）VS（3．68±0．37），P〈0．01]。接受传统护理措施后，对照组患者满意者36例，患者满意度为（36／60。60．00％）；观察组患者接受疼痛护理质量指标管理护理措施后，满意者50例，患者满意度为（50／60，83．33％），2组患者护理满意度比较，差异有显著统计学差异（x^2=8．044，P〈0．01）。结论：对骨科患者实施疼痛护理质量指标管理，可有效缓解骨折患者术后疼痛程度，降低患者疼痛评分，缩短患者住院周期和降低住院费用，有助于促进患者术后康复和提高生活质量，值得临床应用和推广。
Objective： To observe and explore the effect of pain nursing quality indicators management on the improvement of pain management level and satisfaction in Department of orthopedics ward. Methods： Department of orthopedics nursing department of our hos- pital from January 2017 began to carry out the pain nursing quality management of fracture in patients, randomly selected from our hospital pain nursing quality management before and after the implementation of 60 cases of fracture patients as the research object, before the implementation of pain nursing quality indicators management, the patients were the control group, the patients after the implementation were the observation group, the control group received traditional nursing measures, the observation group received pain nursing quality indicators management and nursing measures, and observed the pain condition, pain score and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients after nursing. Results：The control group received traditional nursing measures,18 cases of mild pain, moderate pain in 22 cases,13 cases of severe pain, severe pain in 7 cases; the patients in the observation group received pain nursing quality management and nursing meas- ures of mild pain in 39 cases, 16 cases of moderate pain, severe pain in 4 cases, 1 case of severe pain, there were significant differences in mild pain, severe pain and severe pain between the two groups（x^2 = 14. 737 ,P 〈0.01 ;x^2 =5. 551 ,P 〈0. 01 ;x^2 =4.821 ,P 〈0. 01 ） ,and the difference between the two groups of patients with pain score index compared with statistical significance [ （2.36 ± 0.3 ） vs （3.68 ±0. 37） ,P 〈 0.01 ].
