摘要
目的疼痛护理模式对创伤骨科患者的影响分析。方法将2018年11月—2019年11月来医院的86例创伤骨科患者作为研究对象,根据入院顺序将其分为研究组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予疼痛护理模式,干预后评价睡眠质量、护理效果、疼痛程度。结果睡眠质量:研究组患者睡眠质量优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理效果:研究组护理有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。疼痛程度:研究组疼痛程度明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疼痛护理模式对创伤骨科患者作用重大,既能改善患者睡眠质量,又能提高护理效果,降低患者疼痛程度。
Objective To analyze the influence of pain nursing mode on orthopedic trauma patients.Methods 86 orthopedic trauma patients from November 2018 to November 2019 in our hospital were divided into study group and control group according to the order of admission.The control group was given routine nursing,the study group was given pain nursing mode,and the sleep quality,nursing effect and pain degree were evaluated after intervention.Results Sleep quality:the sleep quality of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Nursing effect:the effective rate of nursing in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Pain degree:the pain degree of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The pain nursing mode plays an important role in orthopedic trauma patients.It can not only improve the sleep quality of patients,but also improve the nursing effect and reduce the pain level of patients.
