摘要
目的分析疼痛护理管理模式在创伤骨科病房中的应用效果。方法选择苏州工业园区星海医院于2018年12月至2020年12月收治的38例患者作为研究对象,按随机的方式分为对照组和观察组,每组19例。对照组实施常规护理管理模式,观察组实施疼痛护理管理模式,比较两组患者的疼痛程度、睡眠质量、情绪情况、护理满意度、住院时长和疼痛持续时间。结果护理后观察组患者的疼痛程度明显更轻,睡眠质量明显更好,情绪状况明显更好,护理满意度更高且住院时间和疼痛持续时间均更短,两组患者对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在创伤骨科病房中应用疼痛护理管理模式可以有效减轻患者疼痛,缩短住院时间和疼痛持续时间,改善患者的睡眠质量和不良情绪,且能有效提升患者对护理工作的认可程度,并提高治疗效果,极具临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the application effect of pain nursing management mode in trauma orthopedic ward.Methods Thirty-eight patients in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,19 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing management mode,and the observation group was given pain nursing management mode.The pain degree,sleep quality,emotional status,nursing satisfaction,length of hospital stay and pain duration of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the degree of pain in the observation group was significantly lighter,the sleep quality was significantly better,the emotional status was significantly better,the nursing satisfaction was higher,and the length of hospital stay and pain duration were shorter,there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of pain nursing management mode in trauma orthopedic ward can effectively reduce the pain of patients,shorten the length of hospital stay and pain duration,improve the sleep quality and bad mood of patients,and can effectively enhance the recognition of patients for nursing work,and improve the treatment effect,which has great clinical application value.
