摘要
目的探讨设立骨科康复独立护理门诊实施效果。方法设立骨科康复独立护理门诊,选择符合资质的护士坐诊,建立规范化工作模式并实施,包括对患者各项功能进行评定、健康教育、骨科护理用具使用方法的指导、电话随访等。按护理门诊就诊次序编号,根据随机数字表法从2016年1月至2017年12月接受了3个月护理门诊干预患者中随机选取150例设为试验组;按出院先后次序编号,根据随机数字表法从2016年1月至2017年12月在本院住院治疗后出院3个月没有接受护理门诊干预患者中随机选取150例设为对照组,比较两组患者肘、膝和踝关节功能评分的差异。结果试验组膝关节功能、肘关节功能、踝关节功能均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨科护理康复门诊的开设,搭建了一个为患者延续护理服务的平台,是延续性护理的有效途径,满足了患者多元化的健康服务需求,可提高骨创伤患者关节功能的康复。
Objective To explore the effect of establishment of an independent nursing outpatient clinic for orthopedic rehabilitation. Methods An orthopaedic rehabilitation independent nursing clinic was established, and one qualified nurse was designated to establish a standardized working mode and implement it, including evaluation of various functions of patients, health education, guidance on the use of orthopedic nursing appliances, and telephone follow-up. According to the order of nursing clinic visits, 150 patients who were randomly selected from the nursing intervention clinics from January 2016 to December 2017 were randomly selected as the experimental group and numbered according to the order of discharge, according to random numbers. The table method was randomly selected from the patients who were discharged from the hospital for 3 months after being hospitalized in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017. Another 150 patients were randomly selected as the control group. The two groups were compared in terms of the functions of hip, knee and ankle. Result The knee function, hip function and ankle function were better in the experimental group than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions The orthopedic nursing rehabilitation clinic provides a platform for continuous nursing care for patients. It is an effective way for continuous nursing, which satisfies the diversified health service needs of patients. It not only improves the rehabilitation of joint function of patients with bone trauma, but also reduces various complications.
