摘要
目的建立石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定阿胶中铅含量的不确定度分析方法,找出影响不确定度的因素。方法采用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定阿胶中铅含量,并根据《测量不确定度评定与表示》(JJF1059.1-2012)有关规定评定其不确定度。结果阿胶中铅的含量为0.4660mg·kg^(-1),扩展不确定度为0.05686mg·kg^(-1)(k=2,置信概率95%)。结论不确定度主要由标准曲线拟合所引入。
OBJECTIVE To establish the uncertainty in the determination of plumbum in Asini corii colla by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry,and to identify the factors that affected its uncertainty.METHODS Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine the content of plumbum in Asini corii colla and the uncertainty of the determination was estimated based on“Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement(JJF1059.1-2012)”.RESULTS The plumbum in Asini corii colla was 0.4660mg·kg-1,and expanded uncertainty was 0.05686mg·kg-1(k=2,confidence probability of 95%).CONCLUSION The uncertainty is mainly caused by standard curve fitting.
