摘要
通过石墨炉原子吸收光谱法重复测定木薯淀粉中的铅含量,建立不确定度评定数学模型,系统分析和量化不确定度各分量,分析了测量过程中的不确定度主要来源于样品制备的不确定度,标准物质引入的不确定度,曲线拟合中产生的不确定度以及重复试验的不确定度。
By means of GFAAS,repeat measure the lead content of the edible cassava starch, establish the mathematical model of the Uncertainty. Systematically analyse and quantize the components of the Uncertainty , and analyse the Uncertainty in the measuring process main source in sample preparation, reference material, curve fitting and repeated test.
