国家意志与体育新课标表达:论《课程标准(2017年版)》对十九大精神的落实 被引量:16

State Will and New P.E. Curriculum Standards Expression: Implementation of 19^(th) CPC National Congress Spirits in National High School P.E. and Health Curriculum Standards(2017)

摘要 十九大报告中蕴含着党和国家对人才培养的新要求,而课程标准作为国家事权,是国家教育意志体现的关键途径。《普通高中体育与健康课程标准(2017年版)》是国家的纲领性文件,其通过落实十九大报告中的相关精神,很好地彰显了党和国家有关人才培养的新要求。阐述了《课程标准(2017年版)》落实十九大精神的重大意义:有利于习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的全面融入,有利于国家事权和国家意志的真正落实,有利于将党的最新教育方针具体化和细化,有利于化解当前我国社会的主要矛盾。在分析十九大报告与《课程标准(2017年版)》关联性的基础上,提出了《课程标准(2017年版)》贯彻十九大精神的8个具体表现:落实立德树人的根本任务,弘扬中华优秀传统文化,促进学生自信心的培养,全面培养学生的创新精神与能力,关注体育学习的弱势群体,为学生体育学习营造美好环境,推进健康中国建设,推进信息技术应用。 The 19^th CPC National Congress Report contains the new requirements of the Party and the state for the cultivation of talents. As the state power, curriculum standards are the key way to embodying the national educational will. National High School P.E. and Health Curriculum Standards (2017) is a national policy that reflects the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress Report in order to meet the new requirements of the Party and the state on talent cultivation. This paper elaborated the significance of implementation of the spirits and the integration of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, the demonstration of the state power and national will, the execution of the latest educational policy of the party, the solution of the main contradictions of the society. Eight things should be done. Firstly, morality education should be carried out. The elite traditional Chinese culture should be promoted. The students' self-confidence and creative spirit should be cultivated. The weak groups of the students in P.E needed to be specially attended. Nice environment for P.E. should be provided. The construction of Healthy China and the application of information technology should be promoted.
