船用锅炉双燃料燃烧器的低氮燃烧特性的数值模拟研究 被引量:2

摘要 为满足船用锅炉安全可靠、低污染物排放的运行要求,探究燃烧器的低氮燃烧特性,以船用锅炉双燃料燃烧器为研究对象,利用计算流体动力学软件模拟了该燃烧器在使用燃气与燃油两种燃料进行燃烧时炉膛内的温度分布、NOx浓度分布情况,分析了过量空气系数和燃烧器的结构特性对NOx排放的影响,并针对燃烧器结构特性提出了改进建议。 In order to meet the operational requirements of safe,reliable and low pollutant discharge of marine boilers,the low NOx combustion characteristics of the burners are explored.This paper takes the marine boiler dual fuel burner as the research object,using Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)software to simulate the temperature distribution and NOx concentration distribution in the furnace when the burner was burned with gas and fuel.The effects of excess air ratio and structural characteristics of the burner on NOx emissions were analyzed,and suggestions for improvement of the structural characteristics of the burner were proposed.
