摘要
某电厂1 000 MW超超临界机组已加装省煤器烟气旁路,由于设计抽取烟气量较小,机组并网前单纯依靠省煤器烟气旁路挡板调节,无法使脱硝入口烟温达到305℃。为此,专业人员从提前导通氨气管路系统、优化掺配煤、制粉系统启动、汽温控制以及过/再热烟气挡板调节入手,采取有针对性的调整策略,实现机组并网前脱硝入口烟温大于305℃并全负荷投入脱硝。
The 1000MW ultra supercritical unit in a power plant is equipped with an economizer with a flue gas bypass.The designed volume of the flue gas extraction is small and only the baffle of the bypass is used for adjustment before the grid connection,so the inlet gas temperature of the denitration can not reach 305 ℃.Such strategies as unclogging the ammonia pipeline system,optimizing the blended coal,starting the coal pulverizing system,controlling the steam temperature and adjusting the gas baffle are effective,which can make the inlet gas temperature of the denitration higher than 305 ℃ before the grid connection as well as realizing the full load operation of the denitration.
