燃煤电厂烟气CO2捕集技术经济性分析 被引量:8

摘要 以我国现运行燃煤电厂即华能北京热电厂、重庆合川发电有限责任公司双槐电厂和华能上海石洞口第二电厂的CO2捕集示范装置为研究对象,对燃煤电厂烟气CO2捕集系统的投资成本、运行成本和CO2捕集成本进行经济性研究。结果表明,烟气CO2捕集系统存在设备造价高、蒸汽耗量大、电耗量大、烟气处理量低等问题。通过分析得到强化气液接触工艺、提高反应速率、设备紧凑和降低材料使用量,能降低设备投资和运行成本,提高经济性,从而有利于CO2捕集系统的工业应用。 Based on the demonstration devices for CO2 collection in three coal-fired power plants,this paper introduces the economy analysis of the CO2 collection system in the aspects of the cost of investment,the operating cost and the cost of CO2 collection.The results show that the system has such disadvantages as high cost of the devices,high consumption of steam,high consumption of electricity and low capacity of flue gas treatment.Based on the analysis,this paper also presents relevant solutions like strengthening the gas-liquid contact technique,enhancing the rate of reaction,compacting the devices and decreasing the amount of material usage,which can reduce the cost of investment and the operating cost of the devices as well as increasing the economy to promote the industrial application of the CO2 collection system.
