摘要
探索了解决双液体燃料混燃燃烧火焰温度场不对称问题的方法以及研究了燃料比对火焰温度场对称性的影响。通过对三种不同结构的双燃料燃烧器进行不同燃料比下的燃烧实验,获得火焰温度场分布,来研究火焰温度场对称性。研究表明:具有2个互成180o对称布置的甲醇燃料喷嘴燃烧器和具有3个互成120o均匀布置的甲醇燃料喷嘴燃烧器,在一定程度上可以提高火焰温度场对称性;燃料比对三种燃烧器的火焰温度场对称性有较大的影响;具有2个互成180o对称布置的甲醇燃料喷嘴和具有3个互成120o均匀布置的甲醇燃料喷嘴的燃烧器火焰温度场对称性差距很小。
A way to solve the problem of dissymmetry temperature of double liquid mixing combustion flame was studied and the effect of fuel ratio on the symmetry of flame temperature field was researched.The flame temperature field distribution was obtained by the combustion exper?iment under different fuel ratios for three different types of dual-fuel burners to study the symmetry of the flame temperature field.The study shows that a burner with two methanol fuel nozzles symmetrically arranged 180 degrees to each other and a burner that are evenly arranged with 120 degrees methanol fuel nozzles can improve the symmetry of the flame temperature field to some degree.The fuel ratio has a great influence on the symmetry of the three burners flame temperature field.The symmetry of the flame temperature field of the burner with two methanol fuel nozzles symmetrically arranged 180 degrees to each other and the burner that are evenly arranged with 120 degrees methanol fuel nozzles is not significant.
