摘要
某海上平台主力发电机组为3MW小型燃气轮机发电机组,机组为双燃料系统,投产于20世纪90年代初。在产品更新迭代后出现设计缺陷,机组在燃气模式的运行过程中,出现了燃油进料管线及燃油分配器被烧红的现象,严重威胁机组的运行安全。对该现象进行研究分析,提出加装前置压缩机扩散器压力(Pressure of Compressor Diffuser, PCD)空气吹扫系统的改进方案,该方案在保障燃气运行的基础上,使燃油分配管线内持续充满冷却的PCD空气,可有效防止机组燃油管线被烧红。本次改造方案的成功实施对同类型双燃料机组的改造工作有重要借鉴意义。
The main generator unit of an offshore platform is a 3MW small gas turbine generator unit, which is a dual-fuel system and was put into operation in the early 1990s. After the product update iteration, there were design defects. During the operation of other units of the same series in gas mode, the fuel feed pipeline and fuel distributor were burnt red, which seriously threatened the operation safety of the unit. Through the research and analysis of this phenomenon, an improved scheme of installing PCD air purging system is proposed. This scheme, on the basis of ensuring the gas operation, keeps the fuel distribution pipeline filled with cooled PCD air,which can effectively prevent the unit fuel pipeline from being burnt red. The successful implementation of this transformation plan has reference significance for the transformation of the same type of dual-fuel units.
