摘要
针对水泥窑SCR脱硝技术应用作了简要分析,并依据水泥厂试验重点研究分析了在低温SCR应用中,粉尘浓度、烟气温度、喷氨量(氨氮比)、烟气SO_2浓度对脱硝效率的影响。结果表明:反应区温度200~160℃,低尘工况,喷入适量氨,钒系催化剂效率达85%,可将NO_X浓度降至50 mg/Nm^3以下。
The paper makes a brief analysis of the application of the SCR denitrification technology in the cement kiln industry, and emphatically analyses the effects of dust concentration, flue gas temperature, amount of ammonia injection(ammonia-nitrogen ratio)and SO2 concentration on the denitrification efficiency in low temperature conditions with doing small-scale tests in cement factories. The results show that the efficiency of vanadium catalyst is 85% under the condition of low dust and 200~160 ℃, with an appropriate amount of ammonia. And the concentration of NOX can be reduced to less than 50 mg/Nm^3.
