摘要
目的研究生长抑素与泮托拉唑钠对重症急性胰腺炎患者的效果。方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月我院重症急性胰腺炎患者102例。将其以随机法分成研究组和对照组。对照组予以泮托拉唑钠治疗,研究组则予以泮托拉唑钠联合生长抑素治疗。比较两组各项恢复指标水平,治疗前后血清TNF-α、PCT、IL-10以及s ICAM-1水平,不良反应发生情况。结果研究组腹痛缓解时间、胃管拔除时间、肠道功能恢复时间相比对照组较低(均P<0. 05)。研究组血清TNF-α、PCT、IL-10水平治疗前后差值相比对照组较高(均P<0. 05)。研究组血清s ICAM-1水平治疗前后差值高于对照组(均P<0. 05)。研究组不良反应发生率相比对照组较低(P<0. 05)。结论生长抑素联合泮托拉唑钠治疗重症急性胰腺炎效果明显,可显著改善炎症反应,降低不良反应发生风险。
Objective To study the effects of somatostatin and pantoprazole sodium on patients with severe acute pancreatitis.Methods 102 patients with severe acute pancreatitis in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected.They were divided into the study group and the control group through the random sampling method.Patients in the control group were treated with pantoprazole sodium,while those in the study group were treated with pantoprazole sodium combined with somatostatin.Levels of various recovery indicators were compared between the two groups,including serum TNF-α,PCT,IL-10 and sICAM-1 levels before and after treatment,and adverse reactions.Results The abdominal pain relief time,gastric tube removal time and intestinal function recovery time of the study group were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The difference of Serum TNF-α,PCT,and IL-10 levels in the study group was higher than that in the control group before and after treatment(all P<0.05).The difference of serum sICAM-1 level in the study group was higher than that in the control group(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the study group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Somatostatin combined with pantoprazole sodium is effective in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis,which can significantly improve the inflammatory reaction and reduce the risk of adverse reactions.
