摘要
目的探析对急性胰腺炎患者采取生长抑素与泮托拉唑钠联合治疗的临床效果。方法选取该院在2017年1月—2019年10月期间接收的80例急性胰腺炎患者,根据治疗方式的不同随机将其分为治疗组和对照组,均有40例,对照组单独以泮托拉唑钠进行治疗,治疗组采取生长抑素与泮托拉唑钠联合治疗,对比两组治疗效果,临床症状改善情况。结果治疗组总体有效率达到了87.50%,与对照组72.50%比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.893,P<0.05);治疗组血清淀粉酶恢复正常时间(5.23±1.67)d,腹痛缓解时间(2.45±0.24)d,肠道功能恢复时间(2.12±0.18)d优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=16.932、18.835、17.844,P<0.05);CRP(20.86±4.79)mg/L优于对照组(t=18.763,P<0.05)。结论对急性胰腺炎患者采取生长抑素与泮托拉唑钠联合治疗的效果肯定,快速改善患者症状,减轻炎症反应,安全性好,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effects of somatostatin and pantoprazole sodium in patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute pancreatitis received in the hospital from January 2017 to October 2019 were randomly divided into treatment groups and control groups according to different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.Toprazole sodium was treated.The treatment group was treated with somatostatin and pantoprazole sodium.The treatment effects,clinical symptoms of the two groups were compared.Results The overall effective rate in the treatment group reached 87.50%and the control group was 72.50%,the difference was statistically significant,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.893,P<0.05);the serum amylase returned to normal time(5.23±1.67)d,and the abdominal pain relief time(2.45±0.24)d,intestinal function recovery time(2.12±0.18)d was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=16.932,18.835,17.844,P<0.05);CRP(20.86±4.79)mg/L was better than the control group(t=18.763,P<0.05).Conclusion The combined effect of somatostatin and pantoprazole sodium on patients with acute pancreatitis is positive.It can quickly improve the symptoms of patients,reduce the inflammatory response,and is safe.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
