摘要
目的分析生长抑素联合泮托拉唑钠治疗重症急性胰腺炎患者的临床疗效。方法选取2018年10月至2020年11月本院收治的92例重症急性胰腺炎患者作为研究对象,以数字双盲法分为对照组与实验组,各46例。实验组予以生长抑素联合泮托拉唑钠治疗,对照组予以泮托拉唑治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗情况、炎症因子水平及不良反应发生情况。结果实验组治疗总有效率为97.83%,显著高于对照组的84.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组肠功能恢复时间、腹痛缓解时间、尿淀粉酶恢复时间、呼吸机使用时间和住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生长抑素联合泮托拉唑钠治疗重症急性胰腺炎患者的疗效显著,可抑制炎症反应,促进疾病症状消失,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of somatostatin combined with pantoprazole sodium in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis.Methods A total of 92 patients with severe acute pancreatitis admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to November 2020 were selected as research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the digital double-blind method,with 46 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with somatostatin combined with pantoprazole sodium,while the control group was treated with pantoprazole,the clinical efficacy,treatment status,levels of inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The intestinal function recovery time,abdominal pain relief time and urine amylase recovery time,the ventilator use time and hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Somatostatin combined with pantoprazole sodium is effective in the treatment of patients with severe acute pancreatitis,which can inhibit inflammatory response and promote the disappearance of disease symptoms,it is safe and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
