摘要
目的探究品管圈在提高糖尿病患者胰岛素笔使用正确率中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的95例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,由品管圈小组圈员对糖尿病患者胰岛素笔使用现状进行调查,确立研究改善重点,对其胰岛素笔使用正确率低主要因素进行分析,根据分析结果对解决对策进行拟定实施。结果应用品管圈后,95例患者胰岛素笔使用正确率显著升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对品管圈在提高糖尿病患者胰岛素笔使用正确率中的应用效果的探究发现,患者的使用正确率得到显著提升,品管圈具有较高临床应用价值,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle in improving the correct rate of insulin pen use in diabetic patients.Methods A total of 95 diabetic patients admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects.The current situation of insulin pen usage in diabetic patients were investigated by the circle members of the quality control circle.The key points of improvement were established.The main factors of low correct usage rate of insulin pen were analyzed.Based on the analysis results,the countermeasures were formulated and implemented.Results After application of quality control circle,the correct rate of insulin pen use in 95 patients significantly increased,the difference was stutiscally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the investigation of the application effect of quality control circle in improving the correct use rate of insulin pens in diabetic patients,it is found that the correct use rate of patients has been significantly improved,the quality control circle is of high clinical application value,which is worthy of popularization and application.
