摘要
目的探讨品管圈(quality control circle,QCC)在提高住院糖尿病患者血糖测量依从性中的应用效果。方法选取我院2016年7—10月收治的未开展QCC活动的住院糖尿病患者95例作为对照组,选择2016年11月至2017年2月开展QCC活动的住院糖尿病患者95例为观察组,比较两组患者监测血糖时间精确率、血糖监测时间合格率、血糖值达标率、监测血糖知识知晓度及护理满意度。结果观察组患者监测血糖时间精确率、血糖监测时间合格率,血糖值达标率高于对照组(P <0. 05),监测血糖知识知晓度,护理满意度高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论QCC可提高住院糖尿病患者的监测时间精确率、血糖监测时间合格率、血糖值达标率及监测血糖知识知晓度和护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the appliatin effect of quality control circle(QCC)in improving blood glucose monitoring compliance in hospitalized diabetic patients.Methods To select95cases of hospitalized diabetic patients who had not undergone QCC activities in our hospital from July2016to October2016as the control group,and a total of95hospitalized diabetic patients who underwent QCC activities in our hospital from November2016to February2017were selected as observation group.The accurate rate of monitoring blood glucose time,qualification rate of blood glucose monitoring time,the rate of blood glucose level reaching standard,the awareness of monitoring blood glucose knowledge as well as nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups were compared.Results The accurate rate of monitoring blood glucose time,qualification rate of blood glucose monitoring time,and the rate of blood glucose level reaching standard among patients of the observation group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The knowledge awareness of blood glucose monitoring and nursing satisfaction were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying QCC can improve the monitoring time accuracy,pass rate of blood glucose monitoring time,qualified rate of blood glucose level,knowledge awareness of monitoring blood glucose as well as nursing satisfaction,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
