摘要
目的探讨品管圈法在提高妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)产妇出院相关知识知晓率及控制产妇血糖在目标值中的作用。方法通过成立品管圈及运用PDCA管理工具等方法,进行护理工作的方式改进,设计针对GDM产妇的宣教内容,制定管理流程。选取我院2018年9月20日至11月20日住院的220例(GDM)产妇作为为研究对象,将2018年9月20日至10月19日住院的110例GDM产妇作为对照组,2018年10月20日至11月20日住院的110例糖尿病产妇作为观察组,通过问卷调查两组产妇住院期间糖尿病的饮食治疗、运动治疗等知晓现状,以及产后1个月内血糖监测情况,对比改进前后糖尿病相关知识知晓情况及血糖在目标值的人数。结果GDM产妇出院糖尿病相关知识知晓率由50.91%提高至90.91%,高于目标值。血糖控制在目标值(4.4~7.8 mmol/L)的比例由28.18%提高到50.91%(P<0.05)。结论品管圈的应用使产妇掌握了糖尿病饮食治疗及运动治疗的相关知识,提高了血糖控制率,提高了护士运用管理工具解决临床具体问题的能力及护理质量。
Objective To explore the role of quality control circle method to improve the awareness rate of discharge-related knowledge of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)women and control maternal blood glucose in the target value.Methods Through the establishment of a quality control circle,the use of PDCA management tools,and other methods,we improve the way of nursing work,design the content of education for GDM parturients,and formulate the management process.The 220 GDM parturients who were hospitalized in our hospital from September 20 to November 20,2018 were selected as the study objects,of which the 110 GDM women who were hospitalized from September 20 to October 19,2018 were selected as a control group,and the other 110 cases of diabetic parturients who were hospitalized from October 20 to November 20,2018 were used as an observation group.Through using questionnaires,the two groups of parturients were surveyed about the awareness status of the diet therapy and exercise therapy of diabetes during the hospitalization,and the blood glucose monitoring in the first month after delivery to compare awareness of diabetes related knowledge,and the number of people whose blood sugar is at the target value before and after improvement.Results The awareness rate of diabetes related knowledge of GDM parturients discharged from hospital increased from 50.91%to 90.91%,which was higher than the target value.The proportion of blood glucose control at the target value(4.4~7.8 mmol/L)increased from 28.18%to 50.91%(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of quality control circle enables the parturients to master the relevant knowledge of diabetes diet therapy and exercise therapy,improve the blood sugar control rate,and improve the nurses'ability to use management tools to solve specific clinical problems and the nursing quality.
