摘要
目的 针对产科护理质量改进策略进行探讨,进一步结合PDCA管理模式分析应用成效。方法 选取2019年7月至2020年6月妇产科收治的患者作为研究对象,将2019年7~12月收治的50例产妇作为对照组,以常规模式开展护理干预,将2020年1~6月收治的50例产妇作为研究组,于PDCA循环管理下进行护理质量持续改进干预,对两组患者的护理质量及其满意度进行对比分析。结果 研究组会阴侧切率<15%占比为4.00%,Ⅲ、Ⅳ度会阴裂伤率为0;结果均优于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组健康教育覆盖率为100.00%,护理安全合格率为98.00%,专科护理合格率为100.00%,药品、物品管理合格率100%,护士应急能力合格率为96.00%,均优于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。与此同时,对照组产妇总产程的时间为(563.7±182.5)min,研究组总产程的时间为(419.1±147.6)min,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。在研究组患者及家属满意度为98.00%,对照组则为88.00%,对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 产科患者采用PDCA管理模式进行护理质量管理,可大大提高产科患者及家属的满意度,保证患者的安全,减少患者的医疗费用,全面增强医院的核心竞争力。
Objective The experiment will discuss the improvement strategy of obstetric nursing quality, and further analyze the application effect in combination with PDCA management mode. Methods The obstetric patients admitted to the obstetrics and gynecology department from July 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects, and 50 puerperae were randomly selected from the puerperae admitted from July 2019 to December 2019 as the control group. Nursing work is carried out in a routine mode. Fifty cases were randomly selected from the puerperae admitted from January 2020 to June 2020 as the research group. The research group continued to improve the nursing quality under the PDCA cycle management, and the nursing quality and satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed. Results The episiotomy rate of the study group <15%accounted for 4.00%;the rate of Ⅲ and Ⅳ degree perineal laceration was 0;the results were better than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). In addition, the health education coverage rate of the research group was 100.00%, the nursing safety pass rate was 98.00%, the specialist nursing pass rate was 100.00%, the drug and goods management pass rate was 100.00%, nurse emergency response ability pass rate of 96.00%, the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05). At the same time, the total labor time of the control group was(563.7±182.5) min,and the total labor time of the study group was(419.1±147.6) min, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Finally, the satisfaction rate of patients and their families in the study group was 98.00%;in the control group was 88.00%, and the difference was significant.
