摘要
目的探讨品管圈活动在糖尿病住院患者胰岛素注射中的应用价值。方法选取90例于2015年10月～2017年10月间在我院接受救治的糖尿病患者为研究对象,以护理方式分成对照组和观察组。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在此基础上运用品管圈活动,比较两组护理效果。结果对照组护理满意度为71.1%,明显低于观察组的93.3%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组护理前心理状态差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),观察组护理后心理状态明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);比较两组注射液执行率、注射操作掌握率、低血糖发生率和注射正确率,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论给予糖尿病住院患者品管圈活动,可明显提高护理满意度,缓解患者负面情绪,提高注射液执行率、注射操作掌握率和注射正确率,降低低血糖发生率,推广应用价值明显。
Objective To explore the application value of quality control circle in insulin injection in hospitalized patients with diabetes. Methods 90 diabetic patients who were treated in our hospital from October 2015 to October2017 were selected as research objects and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different nursing methods. The control group was given routine nursing while the observation group was given quality control circle at basis of it.Nursing effects in the two groups were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction degree in the control group was 71.1%, which was significantly lower than that in the observation group 93.3%,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in psychological state of patients before nursing between two groups(P > 0.05). The psychological state after nursing of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There were statistically significant differences in injection execution rate, mastery rate of injection operation, incidence of hypoglycemia and injection accuracy between two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion Quality control circle activity for hospitalized patients with diabetes can significantly improve the nursing satisfaction, alleviate the negative emotion of the patients, improve the execution rate of injection, master rate of the injection operation and injection accuracy, and reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia. It has significant value of promotion and application.
