摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗老年原发性高血压合并2型糖尿病临床疗效。方法选取380例老年原发性高血压合并2型糖尿病患者,按照随机数字表法将所有患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各190例。对照组采用胰岛素注射和卡托普利口服治疗。观察组在此基础上给予中药煎剂治疗。比较2组临床疗效及治疗前后血压、血糖改善情况、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,2组空腹血糖以及餐后2 h血糖均低于治疗前(P <0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P <0.05);2组舒张压和收缩压均低于治疗前(P <0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P <0.05);观察组治疗后总有效率为98.42%,显著高于对照组的86.84%(P <0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为1.58%,显著低于对照组的3.16%(P <0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗老年原发性高血压合并2型糖尿病,能够发挥中西医协同增效的作用,有效地控制血压和血糖,改善患者预后。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating the elderly patients with essential hypertension combined with type 2 diabetes. Methods 380 cases of senile patients with essential hypertension with type 2 diabetes, all of the patients were divided into control group and observation group of 190 cases in each group according to random number table method. In the control group, patients were treated with insulin injection and captopril. The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction based on the methods of observation group. To compare the blood pressure and blood glucose levels, the adverse reactions and clinical effects of the two groups. Results After treatment, the fasting blood glucose level and the blood glucose level of 2 hours after the meal were significantly lower than that of the two groups(P < 0.05). The observation group was lower than the control group(P < 0.05). Both the diastolic blood pressure levels and systolic blood pressure levels were significantly lower in both groups before treatment(P < 0.05). The observation group was superior to the control group(P < 0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.42%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(86.84%, P < 0.05), and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 1.58%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group(3.16%, P < 0.05). Conclusion Combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of elderly patients with primary hypertension combined with type 2 diabetes can play a synergistic role between TCM and Western medicine, effective control of blood pressure and blood glucose to improve prognosis of patients.
